Once the invoice is confirmed, the product price cannot be changed and the Buyer must transfer deposit 50% within 05 days. If the Buyer do not make a deposit within 05 days, this invoice will be canceled.

After depositing 50%, the order will be held for a maximum of 05 days. This means Buyer must complete the payment within 10 days.

If the Buyer want to wait for more stock to arrive and import everything at once, kindly complete the payment for the machines that have already selected. The seller cannot wait for Buyer to finalize full selection before payment.
Shipment
2 packaging options : wooden box or pallet.
only FOB and EXW term
To ensure the safety of the product, we will be packaged in the form of 1 wooden box for 3 machines for coffee machines. If the Buyer has a different packaging request, we will not be responsible if the machines is damaged during transportation.

Are the machines still working?

Level B and C, they are sold in bulk at low prices so we do not check them.

Level B1, we check if they have all their spare parts.

Levels A and A1, they are high-end products, we will thoroughly check if they have all the parts and are still working well.
Do you offer any guarantee services for international customers?

We do not offer refurbishment or return services abroad. Instead, we give customers the best price so customers can cover the cost of hiring a technician for repairs or refurbishment in their own country.
